Dave is amazing at his trade. We have used him many times for various home renovations (inside and out) and everything turns out beautiful. He is professional and so easy to work with. Communication is top notch. We are looking forward to our next project- a new pantry!
Dave helped us switch up our floorplan by swapping our dining room and kitchen and knocking out a portion of the wall between them during the early months of 2023, and we couldn’t be happier with the work he did. We initially found Dave through our designer during the planning phase of the project, but after our designer set us back on both budget and schedule, we decided to work directly with Dave for the remainder of the project. Over the course of the project, Dave demonstrated his excellent communication skills by routinely checking in to get our feedback, having us review the work in progress to make sure we were happy with everything, and doing his best to stay at or near our budget without sacrificing quality. This was our first major home renovation and we knew next to nothing about the process and much of the construction terminology. However, Dave never talked down to us, but instead patiently answered our questions and explained things in simple ways we could understand. Throughout the project, he was honest and up-front about everything—especially any potential extra costs—so we felt confident that the outcome would be as expected. Sure enough, the final product was everything we had hoped for, and contracting Dave’s team for the work was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Although we don’t miss the constant disruptions of a major home renovation, we do miss our daily interactions with Dave because he truly felt like a part of our family during the project. As great as he is as a contractor, he’s an even better person and we were lucky to find him. Needless to say, we are eager to build up a budget for our next home project and will definitely reach out to Dave when it’s time to get to work again!
Can’t say enough good things about our experiences working with Dave. He added on our porch in 2020 and did a full bathroom remodel, hardwood floor refinishing, and railings this year. Very professional from start to finish. Quoted the project, kept in communication about start date, hooked us up with great vendors, showed up every day, communicated what was happening and the next days plan, answered questions and addressed any concerns. Did a fantastic job and we love the final results. Highly recommended!
Dave and his team completed kitchen and bathroom remodeling for our prior residence in 2019. We were pleased with the work and they were responsive and courteous throughout the construction process.
David is an extraordinary carpenter. He has been doing work for me for over 10 years. He works with your schedule and your budget. He's always prompt, courteous and super clean! I highly recommend David.
David was recommended to me by two different people at two different times and how right they were. He has done a couple projects for me now, adding on to my garage being the largest. He blended the addition into the 84-year-old structure seamlessly. It looks like part of the original, my main concern for I hate 'additions'. He updated the original garage as well. I couldn't be happier. He cuts no corners and gives beautiful results. Plus, he has become a friend in the process. I trust him completely.

Dave and his crew were reliable, did excellent work, and consistently kept the work areas clean. We had doors replaced, built in bookshelves put in the office, and our basement ceiling replaced. Everything looks great!

Dave has done multiple projects for us both large and small. All of his work has been great and we have received many compliments on it. He is professional and keeps the job site clean. If we had more to do he would be our first call.

After buying a home 6 years ago, I had Dave gut and completely update my main upstairs bathroom. At the same time, I had him convert the walk in closet in my bedroom to an on-suite bathroom complete with a shower, toilet and vanity sink. Dave is trustworthy and listened to my design input. Everything is fresh and functional!
From the estimate through the finished project, Dave did a great job of advising and assuring that the work was done in a professional, skillful way. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated as the result was both beautiful and high-quality.
Dave put an addition on for me a few years back, and prior to that he did a bathroom remodel. Extremely professional and does the job the right way. Dave is a good contractor; he not only renovated our bathroom but I also referred him to my Mom to do hers because I knew he’d take care of her. Two things stands out about Dave: First, he’s a fantastic carpenter he took a full vanity and cut it to fit over a staircase in our bathroom with absolute perfection….his baseboard, crown molding, finishing carpentry, and cabinetry skills are second to bone. Second, he’s a good man that respects my home as if it was his own. This is important to me because I work hard for what is mine and raise my family here; it’s because as a family man himself he understands how important that is.

Dave has remodeled our master bath and more. Beautiful work and reliable.
David has done many projects/remodels on our late 60’s Ryan home. 1 was a remodel of our garage ceiling that included fixing the vent system in our house. He did a custom remodel on our master bathroom. The latest job was a remodel of our first floor that included LED ceiling lights, crown molding, new baseboards, new paint, and restoration of our hardwood floors. 5 stars on all the work he has done. He is meticulous and has very high standards in his work quality. David is easy to work with. He comes on time and communicates well when there may be scheduling conflicts.
